AICOOK STAND MIXER
Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the eggs with sugar until smooth and pale.
Add orange zest (from ½ orange), freshly squeezed orange juice and softened butter. Mix with the hand mixer.
Sift in the flour and baking powder (mix these two ingredients beforehand) and mix well with the mixer.
Pour the batter into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F/190°C for 1 hour or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
When ready, take out from the oven pour some more orange juice over the loaf. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before transferring onto a wired rack. Let it cool completely.

I’ve always wanted a stand mixer but didn’t want to pay the high price. My husband and I started it and since a lot of recipes require mixing, I decided to try this one since it’s so reasonably priced. First of all, it’s BEAUTIFUL!! It came packaged very well, no defects. The mixing bowl is very large. I used it for the first time today to make keto pies and bread and it worked like a charm.

This mixer is great for the normal house-hold, puts other styles and brands to shame. It is not a professional extreme duty mixer but wow does it work and quickly. Wife loves it for size of unit, bowl volume, two handles on bowl, speeds, power and attachments. You can't go wrong on this for the quality and price.

Wanted a stand mixer for years. But I didn't want to spend the bucks on the you know who. But, oh my stars, this mixer is so awesome!!! Whenever my 4 yr old nephew comes over he always wants to use this. This is everything i have asked for and then some. The red just pops too. Would I recommend? Yes indeed I would!!!!
I made my first lemon pound cake with this wonderful machine today.It is easy for me to lift and the splatter guard is fantastic, eispecally when adding the flour a spoon full at a time.I love the product

Great mixer for the price!
I love how easy it is to change attachments. It has more than enough power speeds. I used the whisk attachment to made whipped cream and didn't even need to go to the highest speed. I really like this mixer and highly recommend it.
